Refund/cancellation policy
At any time during members' paid subscription "Gold Member" billing cycle, but not the last remaining seven(7) calendar days prior to the next billing cycle a member may cancel their membership to prevent any further automatic payments. If membership is canceled within the final seven(7) calendar days of a billing cycle there is no guarantee that a subsequent payment will not be processed. In this case, the membership will continue until the end of the next billing cycle. Refunds are not possible for monthly subscriptions. However, if the member is paying on a quarterly basis, the member will be refunded only charged for 1 month at the monthly rate and the balance will be refunded within 60 days.
Flower and Gift delivery orders: As we are only providing a service of locating the flowers/gifts a member wishes to have delivered and not actually shipping from our site we can not offer any refunds. All flower/gifts are purchased through approved 3rd party suppliers selected by us. We never will ask for payment until we have checked on inventory, delivery location, and that the recipient will accept the delivery.
Refund of deposits made for events all depends on the event data and when the refund is requested. As an example a nominal cancellation fee of $750.00 will be incurred in the case of reservations being canceled from 35 days to 17 days prior to departure, 16 days to 8 days a fee of $1200.00 will be incurred, 7 days or less a fee of $2000.00 will be incurred. Subsequent cancellations prior to 35 days advance tour departure will incur a $150.00 rescheduling fee. IMPORTANT: Read the cancelation/refund policy associated with each event.
